Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of proven experience managing paid campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads. Strong knowledge of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and audience targeting. Ability to handle multiple client accounts and manage significant monthly ad spends. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data interpretation. Strong communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills. Must be willing to work on-site from our Mangalore office (full-time). About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and performance-driven Paid Media Executive to join our digital growth team at Stakque Digital Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end, with strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) .
- Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently to achieve strong ROI and conversion goals.
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Develop and test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to maximize performance.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to align creative assets with marketing strategy.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
