FlyTreat is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Ticketing Executive to join our team in New Delhi. As a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their travel needs, including booking flights, issuing tickets, and resolving any issues that may arise. Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with booking flights and issuing tickets
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensure accuracy of all bookings and ticketing information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies and procedures
Requirements :
