Role & responsibilities -
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee bidding activities on Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
- Identify and pursue potential business opportunities through effective bidding strategies.
- Write compelling proposals and customize responses based on client requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with clients to secure long-term business relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with company capabilities and project feasibility.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Track, analyze, and report bidding performance, success rates, and revenue generation.
- Stay updated with platform policies, bidding trends, and competitor strategies.
Required Qualifications :
3 to 7 years of experience in online bidding and business development.Proven track record of generating revenue through bidding on platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.Strong understanding of IT / software services and project requirements.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to craft persuasive and customized proposals.Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.Familiarity with CRM tools and bid tracking systems is a plus.Skills Required
