Responsibilities Are As Follows
Identify and prospect channel partners - Chartered Accountants / Property Consultants / Wealth Managers through daily market visits (Yes, we strongly believe that cold calling make the best sales leaders)
Build relationships / alliances with Chartered Accountants, Independent Mortgage Advisors and small to mid-size Mortgage Advisory Firms to generate Mortgage Leads
Create and maintain a database of CAs and sub-DSAs in the assigned geography
Keep a track of Chartered Accountants of clients serviced by us and explore incremental business opportunities from them
Client Interaction to understand their mortgage requirements clearly and explain our proposition to them
Understand various technicalities and suggest the most appropriate mortgage to clients
Daily reporting on update / progress.
Deliver on monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets
