Job Title : Performance Marketing and Media Buyer (Facebook & Instagram Ads Specialist)

Location : Mohali (Work from Office)
Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 / month (base pay) + performance incentives
Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute & optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (mandatory)
- Manage and scale ad spend efficiently while maintaining ROI & CPA goals
- Create and test ad angles, hooks, and creatives to identify high-performing content
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to produce video ads, UGC content, and ad variations
- Analyze performance data, audience insights, and trends to guide campaign decisions
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads (preferred) and platforms like Twitter, , Amazon, and YouTube (a plus)
- Perform regular A / B testing and creative testing to optimize CTRs and conversions
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform policies, and algorithm changes
- Work with both Indian and international clients , managing campaigns across diverse markets
- We will provide you with courses and constant learning to stay updated in the market
