Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Policy Development, Modernization & Implementation
Review and audit existing HR policies across all operational levels (factory, retail outlets, corporate office) to ensure alignment with modern practices and compliance standardsFormulate comprehensive, role-specific policies that cater to different employee segments (production staff, retail associates, office staff, leadership)Create clear, accessible communication materials to ensure all employees understand policies and proceduresLead organization-wide policy rollout and implementation, ensuring consistent application across all locationsRegularly update policies to reflect industry best practices and evolving organizational needs2. Talent Acquisition & Hiring
Own the complete recruitment function for all open positions across the organization—from entry-level production and retail staff to senior office roles across the factories, retail outlets, and corporate officesBuild and maintain relationships with relevant recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry networks to ensure a steady pipeline of quality candidatesDesign recruitment strategies tailored to different roles and departments, ensuring both speed and quality in hiringConduct candidate screenings and interviews, making data-driven hiring decisions aligned with organizational culture and requirementsImplement efficient onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hiresSet and track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality metrics, retention rates)3. Develop comprehensive career progression frameworks and growth trajectories for all job levels and departments across the client's factory, retail outlets, and corporate officeCreate individual development plans for both new joiners and long-tenured employeesIdentify high-potential employees and design succession plans for critical rolesFacilitate skill development opportunities and mentorship programs to support career advancementConduct regular performance reviews and career counseling sessions4. Employee Relations & Organizational Culture

a) Must-Haves :
Minimum 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in the QSR industry in an HR capacityFull-time bachelor's degreeStrong understanding of QSR operational challenges, workforce diversity, and industry-specific HR practicesProven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment at scaleb) Nice-to-Haves :
MBA in HR / Human Resources or related fieldExperience in policy formulation and HR complianceFamiliarity with restaurant, food production, or retail operationsTrack record of modernizing legacy organizations or driving cultural transformationc) Essential Competencies :
