Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement in coordination with the finance department.
- Oversee statutory compliance with labor laws and company policies (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisal coordination and feedback systems.
- Conduct training and development programs based on organizational needs.
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Support HR policies implementation and ensure adherence across departments.
- Prepare HR reports and use tools like Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Key Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).Experience : 2–5 years in a similar HR Generalist or HR Executive role.Skills :Proficiency in HR operations and labor law complianceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHands-on experience with HRMS software and Advanced ExcelAbility to manage multiple HR functions simultaneouslySkills Required
