Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify the best candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
- Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth transition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Education
