As a Technical Support Specialist at Coherent, you'll be part of a high-performing team supporting clients in their journey to unlock the full potential of Excel models through our powerful Coherent Spark platform. Whether you&aposre responding to support tickets, helping to troubleshoot technical issues, or collaborating with internal teams, you'll be hands-on with real problems and empowered to make a difference.

What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like

Your role will be varied, engaging, and full of learning opportunities. On any given day, you might :

• Support customers with technical queries, helping them troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Excel models or the Coherent Spark platform
• Log and manage support tickets using internal tools, keeping things well-organized and customers informed
• Review and test Excel models to identify issues or optimization opportunities
• Assist in converting and preparing Excel models for use within our platform
• Work closely with senior team members, project managers, and developers to understand client needs and deliver quality solutions
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, explaining technical issues in simple, relatable terms
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to improving support processes and documentation
