The Sales Support Specialist provides direct operational and administrative support to Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Sales Leadership. This role is responsible for managing sales documentation, coordinating onboarding and training logistics, maintaining CRM data integrity, and supporting internal communications and meeting logistics. By ensuring the sales organization operates efficiently and effectively, the Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in enabling Synoptek's business development success.
