Position Purpose :
the LBU client's support position; the person must support a product demo and question-solving session, and it is the major responsibility to support the LBU client's queries and concerns.
Preferred Functional Knowledge :
- The candidate has basic payroll and HRMS implementation experience.
- Requirement-understand and gathering experience.
- Good at communication. Local (Hindi, Kannada, English Language)
- The candidate has handled a high volume of clients.
Key Responsibility :
Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of greytHR - in terms of usage, configuration, implementation, and value proposition.Proactively building strong customer relationships.Providing good knowledge and training on product features and its usageCustomer escalations Handling. Various Implementation and modules implementation supportInternal team coordinationDevelop competence in the use of all the information systems used in the implementation of the application.Ensure all project-related activities are completed to enable the organization to continuously track and improve the Implementation process.Defined process follows up with regular updates.Sharing in-time reports on the activity performed.Should be active and regular in contributing towards the improvement areas of self and team.Qualification and Experience :
Complete understanding of payroll configuration for Indian PayrollStrong communication and presentation skillssupport all aspects of customer implementations.Define detailed project implementation plans for each account.Diagnosis analysis of customer issues and requestsPrioritizing and escalating issues when needed and keeping customers informed of progress.Develop and maintain implementation best practices, document procedures, standards, best practices, configuration settings, and sequences.Identify gaps in functionality and work with the development team to enhance our products.Needs to maintain the proper Tracker.The ability to multitask effectively.Good in Indian payroll and Statutory complianceReady to handle huge volume of employee headcount (LBU)CustomersBenefits :
