Marketing & Operations Intern

SeaBuddy is building an emotional infrastructure for the shipping industry — and we're looking for a sharp, proactive intern to join our crew.

As our Marketing & Operations Intern , you'll support both the creative and executional sides of our mission. This is a hands-on startup role where you'll learn by doing, with direct exposure to global clients and founders. We are looking for someone proactive, dependable, quick to learn, and confident juggling both structure and creativity.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, responsible, and able to complete tasks independently without follow-up
• A passionate story-teller and visual designer
• Comfortable juggling both admin coordination and creative work
• Well-versed with digital tools — Google Workspace, Canva, and common AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.)
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
• Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection
• Prior internship experience is a bonus but not required
