Technology & Automation Analyst

The Technology & Automation Analyst (TAA) designs, develops, and maintains technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable data‑driven decision‑making. Blending data analysis, automation, and AI expertise, the TAA integrates multiple platforms within a Microsoft‑centric environment and creates dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide clear, actionable insights across USPM.

Key Responsibilities

• Good understanding of APIs and specifically Microsoft Graph APIs
• Design and implement automations across Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and third‑party systems.
• Oversee upkeep, monitoring, and optimization of automations to ensure reliability.
• Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and chatbots that streamline workflows and enhance user engagement.
• Integrate AI tools to elevate user experience and reduce manual effort.
• Develop and maintain visual dashboards and KPI scorecards that communicate performance.
• Produce client‑specific property reports (A–D grading) and supplier spend dashboards
• Monitor and refine existing automations, integrations, and AI agents.
• Develop before / after benchmarking to quantify impact of portfolio reviews.
