Job descriptionCoordinate with vendors (venue, décor, AV, catering, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely deliverables. Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality. Manage travel, hospitality, guest registrations, and permits / licenses. Supervise set-up, rehearsals, and event-day operations. Act as the single point of contact for vendors and crew during the event. Troubleshoot issues quickly to ensure smooth flow. Track budgets, expense sheets, and vendor payments. Support in creating post-event reports, feedback collection, and learnings. Assist senior managers in client meetings and briefings. Ensure client requirements are met with precision and quality. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for repeat business. Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Hands-on problem solver with attention to detail. Knowledge of AV, production, décor, and event logistics. MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments. Graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in event operations. Experience in managing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, or social events is preferred. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (including weekends & late evenings). Timely execution of events without escalations. Vendor coordination efficiency and cost savings. Client satisfaction & repeat business feedback. Adherence to budgets and timelines. On-ground execution quality and innovation.

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Operations Executive to support and manage the end-to-end execution of corporate, social, and experiential events. This role requires strong organizational skills, vendor coordination, and on-ground management to ensure events are delivered seamlessly, on time, and within budget.

- Assist in creating detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists.
- Coordinate with creative, production, and client servicing teams for smooth execution.
