Role Description

This is an unpaid internship role for a 2D Unity Pixel Artist. The 2D Unity Pixel Artist will be responsible for creating and animating pixel art assets, collaborating with the design and development teams to ensure cohesive visual aesthetics, and contributing to the overall artistic vision of the game. Day-to-day tasks include creating character sprites, background art, and visual effects, as well as refining and iterating on feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 2D pixel art and animation
• Experience with Unity and game development processes
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and visual design principles
• Ability to work collaboratively with design and development teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for video games and storytelling
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field is a plus
