Role Description

This is a full-time corporate role based in Hyderabad for a Deputy General Manager (HRD) at Sentini Bio-Products Private Limited. The role will involve overseeing corporate human resource development, HR management, career management, and implementing HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resource Development Department at Corporate office level is a must.
• 25 years experience in HRD is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and thorough grip on Labour laws and case law .
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities along with liason skills to handle Government & public relations.
• Experience in Marketing oriented industries is essential
• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
