Job Title : HR & Administration Manager for a service industry

Location : Sainikpuri,Secundarabad

Department : Human Resources & Administration

Reports To : Managing Director

Job Summary :

The HR & Administration Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, performance management, policy development, employee relations, compliance, office management, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will ensure that HR strategies align with the organization’s goals and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Human Resources :

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Oversee the recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring).

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.

Handle performance management processes and annual appraisals.

Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.

Monitor employee morale, engagement, and satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.

Administration :

Supervise general administrative functions, including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor coordination.

Manage company assets and ensure smooth office operations.

Oversee security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.

Support organizational events and activities.

Manage travel arrangements and logistics for staff.

Handle administrative budgeting and cost control.

Ensure adherence to company procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills :

Qualification : MBA

7+ years of experience as a HR Manager in a similar HR & Admin role.

Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

CTC : Maximum gross up to 7 LPA
