Plant Head(GM)-Electronics Background

Job Description :

• P&L Management : Handling the Profit & Loss of the plant and day-to-day operations
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing : Must have experience in Electronics manufacturing, SMT Line, or Assembly Line
• Leader on TPM, WCM, and Quality Circles : Lead the implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), WCM (World-Class Manufacturing), and Quality Circles
• Process Optimization : Develop processes that track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure an effective return on assets
