Job descriptionDemonstrate strong enthusiasm and a dedicated work ethic while contributing in a fast-paced startup environment. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, partners, resolving queries on orders, deliveries, and product details. Conduct cold calling with customers and business partners, explaining offerings, business collaborations, operational support. Maintain consistent follow-ups to build long-term trust with customers and partners. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Provide partner support by resolving issues, streamlining communication, and ensuring smooth operations. Handle escalations with quick, smart decision-making to ensure customer satisfaction. Represent Magicindi in a professional, polite, and customer-friendly manner at all times. Chat support executive. Keep accurate records of communications, follow-ups, and resolutions. Strong communication skills in Telugu, English, Hindi (English spoken and written preferred). Outgoing, confident, and comfortable with cold calling and persuasive communication . Ability to think on your feet and make sound business decisions. Prior experience in customer support, telesales, or partner management is a plus. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple follow-ups effectively. Shows technical ability in working with business softwares. Be part of a fast-scaling e-commerce startup from the ground up. Work in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment .
