Operations & Support Executive

Location : Hyderabad Role Type : Full-time, On-site

Salary : ₹25,000–35,000 / month (depending on experience)

Suganda Skincare is a fast-growing skincare brand known for science-backed formulations and strong customer love. We’re looking for a smart, reliable, process-driven Logistics & Support Executive who can own dispatch, inventory, marketplace shipments, and customer support.

Role

Handle order processing for Suganda’s website

Amazon / Nykaa / Flipkart Shipments

Create shipments on Seller Central / Vendor Central

Prepare bulk boxes, labels, carton manifests

Inventory Management

Maintain Finished Goods (FG) stock levels

Highlight low stock, expiry, and replenishment needs

Customer Support

Handle incoming customer calls

Support with product queries, order tracking, and complaints

Reporting & Coordination

Create daily dispatch and inventory reports

Coordinate with factory team for FG replenishment

Experience

Graduate

2–3 years experience in D2C logistics / customer support

Experience with Shiprocket, Amazon Seller Central

Excellent communication skills for calls

High empathy towards customers
