We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition :

Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Candidate Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the main point of contact for candidates.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers :

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to review open positions and discuss candidate profiles.

Job Posting and Advertisement :

Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.

Develop creative recruitment advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Interviewing and Evaluation :

Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.

Data Management :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Generate recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and improvement.

Requirements

4+ years of in-house or consulting recruitment experience in supporting diverse business needs

Experienced in hiring data analytics-related roles such as - Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, BI Developer, Data Engineer, and Cloud platform roles

Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline including passive candidates using custom outreaches and meaningful candidate engagement

Extensively use tools like LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, job boards, etc. to develop a robust pipeline of candidates.

Able to adapt effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market

Experience in maintaining accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS

Must have prior experience in US hiring

Ability to collaborate with a remote team and work across different time zones.

Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
