About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior IT Recruiter
who is deeply hands-on with IT hiring. This is a pure recruiting position (not lead / managerial), and we are specifically looking for someone who has worked extensively on
end-to-end IT recruitment
without transitioning into people management roles.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent across diverse technologies.
Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
— from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build strong pipelines through networking, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies.
Work directly with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand niche IT requirements.
Focus on
direct client recruitment
rather than relying on large pre-built databases.
Requirements
8–10 years of core IT recruitment
experience, exclusively in a hands-on capacity.
Strong expertise in hiring across
niche and emerging IT skills .
Proven success in working with
direct clients
(no Tier 1 and Implementation Partners)
Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions with a sense of urgency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Candidates with
Lead, Team Lead, Manager, or Associate Manager titles .
