Role : Sr. US Technical Recruiter
We are looking for a
Senior US Recruiter
with
5+ years of experience
in handling diverse recruitment needs across
IT and Non-IT domains . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing end-to-end hiring, sourcing niche talent, and building strong client and candidate relationships.
As a Sr. Recruiter, you will be responsible for
driving recruitment strategies, leading critical hiring assignments, and mentoring junior recruiters
while ensuring compliance with client requirements and market best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
– sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates across
IT (Software, Cloud, Engineering, Product, DevOps, Cybersecurity, etc.)
and
Non-IT (Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, etc.)
roles.
Partner closely with
clients, hiring managers, and HR teams
to understand requirements and deliver on time.
Source candidates using
advanced recruitment techniques
(Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals).
Assess candidates
for technical and non-technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
Provide
market intelligence
on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
Ensure
compliance with client-specific hiring protocols
and documentation requirements.
Mentor and support junior recruiters to achieve team goals.
Build and maintain
candidate pipelines
for recurring and future requirements.
Deliver a
best-in-class candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications :
5+ years of proven experience
in
US recruitment
across both IT & Non-IT domains.
Strong knowledge of technical skill sets (SDLC, Cloud, AI / ML, DevOps, ERP, etc.) as well as
corporate / non-technical roles
(Healthcare, HR, Finance, Operations, BPO / KPO).
Hands-on experience in
end-to-end recruitment
with high-volume and niche hiring.
Proficiency with
ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment CRMs .
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship management
skills.
Ability to
manage multiple requisitions
under tight deadlines.
Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior recruiters is preferred.
