About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for US clients, working closely with hiring managers and account managers to meet staffing needs.
- Sourcing candidates from job boards, networking, and internal databases is a key responsibility.
- The recruiter will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit as per client requirements.
- Candidate coordination and scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers is also essential.
- Negotiation of salaries, rates, and contract terms with candidates is a critical aspect of the role.
- Maintaining strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements is crucial.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need :
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.1–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099 hiring).A strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN, etc.).Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing strategies.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.An ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Comfortable working night shifts.Prior experience with VMS portals and direct client requirements.Exposure to both IT and Non-IT US staffing.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Benefits
