Talented IT Recruitment Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT recruitment professional to join our team. This is a permanent, remote position with flexible work hours.

The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in US IT recruitment, focusing on full-time and contract hires. They will be responsible for managing end-to-end requirements, bulk-hiring, and self-sourcing using job portals and social media platforms.

A successful candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, be able to manage escalations, and have a track-record of quality over quantity. They will also be confident in communication with internal stakeholders and external candidates, passionate about recruitment, and willing to go the extra mile to close positions.

We are looking for individuals who love candidate engagement, can ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and have good listening skills with the ability to articulate their thought process through emails and telephonic conversations.
