Talented individuals will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates that align with client needs and project requirements using multiple platforms such as job boards, social media, networks, etc. Building relationships and creating talent pipelines will also be a crucial part of this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Sourcing :
• Sourcing potential candidates through various means including but not limited to job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Building relationships and creating talent pipelines with passive candidates.
• Candidate Screening and Interviews :
• Reviewing resumes, portfolios, and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conducting initial phone or video screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Presenting a shortlist of candidates to hiring managers or clients.
• Client Communication :
• Working closely with the team to understand client needs and project requirements.
• Providing regular updates to clients on the status of recruitment efforts.
• Assisting clients in defining job descriptions and requirements.
• Contract Management :
• Facilitating contract negotiations between clients and freelancers.
• Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with legal and payment terms.
• Market Research & Strategy :
• Staying up-to-date with trends in the gig economy and freelance market.
• Advising clients on competitive compensation packages and talent trends.
