Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

This challenging role involves leading full-cycle recruiting for US clients, focusing on data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5-8 years of experience in US IT recruiting across data / cloud / integration, with proven closures in at least two of the following areas : Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / ServiceNow, Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi.

A key responsibility includes :

• Overseeing end-to-end recruiting for US roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.
• Refining job descriptions into clear requirements through sharp discovery with Delivery / AE / HM.
• Building candidate pipelines via JobDiva, Recruiter, referrals, communities, meetups.
• Evaluating candidates for technical fit and role outcomes, negotiating compensation / rates, and closing deals.
• Managing MSP / VMS submissions with speed and accuracy, preparing candidates for interviews.
• Maintaining ATS hygiene and publishing weekly progress dashboards.
• Mentoring recruiters / sourcers on search strategy and outreach quality.
