Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition Specialist : Identify and attract top talent, negotiate offers, and ensure seamless hiring processes.

Niche Role Recruiter : Work independently on specialized technology roles, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Negotiation & Engagement Specialist : Drive effective negotiation conversations, ensuring candidate expectations align with company offerings while balancing internal stakeholder requirements.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :

Product Recruitment Expertise : In-depth knowledge of tech talent market trends and unique needs of product companies.

Revenue Focus & Ownership : Goal-oriented approach, driving account growth and delivering exceptional results.
