Job Title : Associate Talent Sourcer

The primary role of this position is to identify, engage, and develop pipelines of exceptional candidates for technical roles. As a strategic sourcing partner, you will collaborate with recruiters and account managers to fulfill hiring needs.

You will craft innovative approaches to connect top talent with fast-growing startups, working across engineering, AI / ML, product, and GTM roles.

  • Partner with recruiters to understand the requirements and specifications for each position.
  • Utilize various platforms to identify top U.S. talent that aligns with the client's needs.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages to convey the client's mission, culture, and opportunity.
  • Develop comprehensive pipelines of passive talent for current and future needs.

This role requires hands-on experience in U.S. IT recruitment and startup hiring.

The position is fully remote and based in India.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop relationships with top talent in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hiring processes.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet client needs.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on recruitment best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
