The corporate communication role will play a critical role in managing the company's communication strategy, investor relations coordination, brand consistency, and editorial functions. This is an individual contributor, mid-level role requiring excellent project management, content development, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Investor Relations & Executive Communications
- Coordinate investor relations meetings, briefings, and related communication logistics.
- Support leadership with the preparation of investor decks and corporate presentations.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination.
2. Brand & Communication Governance
Serve as custodian of Rubicon and its group companies' brand identity , including logos, style guides, tone of voice, and content guidelines.Ensure consistency across all communication materials, both internal and external.Review, refine, and approve key corporate materials for brand alignment.3. Editorial & Content Management
Act as Editor-in-Chief for Resonance , the bi-annual internal magazine :Plan, commission, edit, and publish content in coordination with internal stakeholders.Manage production timelines and oversee design and distribution.Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, web pages, and internal communications.4. Digital Presence & Social Media
Oversee and update corporate websites across all Rubicon group companies.Manage the creation, review, and revision of corporate communication slide decks.Lead and maintain social media strategy and execution across all relevant platforms.Monitor engagement, generate reports, and suggest improvements based on performance metrics.5. Project Management
Drive various corporate communication initiatives and campaigns end-to-end.Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Business Development teams on key projects.Ensure timely delivery and high standards of quality across all communication deliverables.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.5–10 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector.Proven editorial skills and experience managing publications or newsletters.Strong understanding of brand governance and investor relations support.Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, AI tools and social media tools.Key Competencies :
