As a Process Trainee, this role demands the following but not only limited to :
- Understanding client preferences and provide customized travel solutions, including flights.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat from prospective travelers.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights.
- Assist clients with travel documentation, including visas and insurance, as required.
- Proficient in using GDS and CRM.
- Handle post-booking support, addressing changes, cancellations, and customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
