🚀 We’re Hiring – Sales Trainer (Admissions | Marketing & Telesales) 🚀

📍 Location : Chandigarh University – Mohali & Lucknow

🕒 Work Timings : 9 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM | Monday – Saturday

💰 Salary : ₹45,000+ (with hike on last drawn CTC)

Chandigarh University is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to strengthen and lead our Offsite Marketing and Telesales teams for the Admissions process. This role involves regular visits to different CU branch offices , ensuring the teams are equipped with the right skills to achieve admission targets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities :

Deliver structured training for marketing & telesales teams in admission sales.
Develop and implement training modules on educational sales, lead conversion, and counselling techniques .
Assess skill gaps, provide coaching, and improve overall team performance.
Monitor sales activities across different CU offices and align them with admission goals.

✅ Requirements :

4+ years of experience in Sales Training within Education / EdTech (mandatory).

Strong expertise in admission sales & student counselling .

Excellent communication, presentation, and team development skills.

Willingness to travel between Mohali & Lucknow branches.
