Position Overview :

The mission of this role is to elevate awareness and adoption of Visteon's product portfolio by driving strategic product marketing initiatives aligned with company objectives. This leader will shape and communicate compelling product narratives that resonate with target audiences / customers, leveraging deep technical understanding and market insights. A key focus will be early customer engagement to validate product-market fit, inform roadmap decisions, and accelerate go-to-market success.

The Product Marketing leader will collaborate internally to create compelling messaging that highlights market differentiation, boosts brand visibility and engages both external audiences and internal teams.

Key Objectives of the Role :

Create Product Line Messaging and Positioning Aligned to Company Strategy :

• Collaborate with Product Line leaders to translate technical capabilities into differentiated value propositions, customer-centric messaging, and proof points.
• Establish governance to ensure messaging is developed in parallel with product ideation and early-stage customer validation.
• Ensure messaging supports buyer personas, use cases, and competitive positioning.
