Job descriptionDrive the performance review and feedback cycles end-to-end. Support leaders with talent calibration, succession planning, and employee development. Identify and nurture high-potential talent and work with L&D to structure growth Champion the employee experience; Lead pulse surveys, analyze insights, and work with teams to build action plans. Foster an inclusive, transparent, and high-performance work culture. Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Lead investigations and resolve conflicts in alignment with company policies and values. Partner with HR Ops and Payroll teams to ensure seamless processes - onboarding, transfers, exits, etc. Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and compliance protocols across regions. Contribute to or lead organization-wide HR projects (e.G., process digitization, policy refresh, DEI, etc.). Act as a change agent during business transitions and restructuring. Experience in managing HR for large frontline or distributed teams is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across levels. Data-oriented and comfortable using dashboards and HR metrics for decisions. Exposure to labor law, performance frameworks, and employee life cycle management. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work independently. Location : Bangalore
Experience : 6-9 years of HRBP or generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
Education : MBA from a Tier 1 college only

Budget : 30-35LPA
