The Sales Development Manager in the CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation) business is responsible for spearheading commercial and business development initiatives, particularly in the Pharma Biopharma markets . This role focuses on strategic growth, market intelligence, and customer engagement to drive business performance.
- Spearheading commercial and business development initiatives for CDMO Market- Developing Strategies, Initiatives, and KPIs to Gain Market Share.
- Define the business dashboard and track KPIs with the goal to grow business.
- Market, Customer, and Competitive Intelligence Reporting- Quarterly reporting, competitive assessment framework, KOL engagement, Regulatory Connect.
- Driving Maintaining partnerships and collaborations with regulatory bodies and KOLs.
- Contribute to impactful sales and marketing programs by identifying new business opportunities through market trend analysis and customer qualification.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to plan and execute meetings with potential customers.
- Promote Agilent s brand and solutions across assigned markets.
- Support deal closure and increase win probability by engaging in specific sales opportunities
