About The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to manage end-to-end hiring and shape our recruitment strategy. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, closing critical roles, and partnering with leadership to build scalable hiring processes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys solving complex hiring challenges, and can influence recruitment strategy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle : understanding requirements, sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers.
- Take ownership of closing mid-to-senior level roles across multiple functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring strategies and improve processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future needs.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every stage.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development.
- Provide insights on market trends, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
Candidate Profile
3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of closing roles independently.Experience managing recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Exposure to TA strategy and process improvement.Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership qualities.Why Join Us
