About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Patient Engagement Manager / Customer Success Officer with a background in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) to lead our patient interaction and engagement initiatives. The role involves building strong relationships with patients, ensuring seamless communication, and driving high-quality patient experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Resolve customer queries related to dental products or services with strong clinical understanding
Act as a liaison between dentists / customers and the internal product team
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer usage patterns
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Create and maintain documentation for customer support cases
Requirements :
BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prior experience in patient care, dental consultation, or healthcare management is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools will be an advantage.
