Percept Live Pvt Ltd is looking for Sponsorship Sales Manager at a senior level. He / she Will be responsible for developing and managing Organization’s sponsorship strategies. He / She will prospect, build and provides leadership on all aspects of sponsorship so as to achieve revenue targets of the Company’s IPs.
- He / She will secure new sponsorships, and manages partner and sponsor relations to achieve financial and marketing goals of the organization.
- He / She develops and maintains partner and sponsor relationships, and oversees all contractual committments with sponsors.
- He / She is able to communicate well to close partnership agreements.
- He / She should be willing to travel frequently to maintain rapport with potential and existing sponsors, and networks widely to develop business relationships.
- He / She will be responsible for overall billing and collections.
- He / she will endorse terms of sponsorship agreements & will guide the execution of sponsorship agreements.
- He / she will Guide official responses to sponsors' dissatisfaction with sponsorship agreements to ensure proper problem resolution.
- He / She will lead development of sponsorship strategies and key performance metrics.
- He / she will lead market research efforts to identify industry and market trends for development of sponsorship strategies.
- He / she will lead the review of current sponsors to strengthen sponsorship portfolio.
- He / she will review the development and presentation of sponsorship proposals to stakeholders.
- He / she will be responsible for servicing the clients onground.
Candidate background :
Ambitious and dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial attitudeShould have a proven track record in concept sales / new business development on consistent basis.Well connected and Networked with CXO, CMO of different brands.Excellent in client relationship managementStrong written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.Very high level of initiative, self-confidence, energy and personal integrityCapable of working with cross-functional teams and be a team-playerCandidates from industry exposure of Live Events / IP sponsorship sales will be preferred.
