About This Opportunity

15+ years in RAN and NDO-related roles with proven experience in strategy, productization and large-scale program delivery. The Network Engineer will perform KPI analysis and optimize the multi technology network to meet customer requirements. The role involves active participation in multi technology network deployment activities (Pre and Post Launch). The Network Engineer is responsible for maintaining network performance, quality, and timeliness in line with Ericsson standards and customer contracts. This position also includes leading a remote team and serving as the primary interface with (MA) and the customer.

What You Will Do

• Expert SME / Project Lead
• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of the assigned project, ensuring all tasks and milestones are executed efficiently and aligned with Market Area expectations
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues using OSS counters, drive logs, and related diagnostic tools to maintain optimal network performance
• Driving SSV / Cluster acceptance with Customer and leading baseline discussions.
• Understand and address customer queries proactively, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and service levels are maintained.
• Should be able to identify new business leads / opportunities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of objectives
• Participate in trials and deployment projects related to ourRAN Portfolio, establishing links and cooperation with required stakeholders in Ericsson.
• Participate & Collaborate in presales and deliver services int he area of NDO.
• Expertise in drive-based and OSS-based KPIs, including cluster-level acceptance and analysis.
• Skilled in troubleshooting network issues using OSS counters, drive logs, and diagnostic tools
• Skilled in troubleshooting complex network issues using OSS counters, drive logs, and diagnostic tools
• Strong communication and customer handling experience; serve as primary customer interface for queries, issue resolution, and proactive update
• Experience in leading 5G / 4G / 3G / 2G Rollout projects (Pre / Post Launch)
