Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our team and contribute to building cutting-edge Conversational AI solutions. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and delivering impactful features to enhance user experience. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in solving real-world problems using AI-driven technologies and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Identify common customer needs and assist in creating productised solutions.

Conduct in-depth research through customer and non-customer interviews to understand business problems, user pain points, and behavioral patterns.

Collaborate with customer-facing teams to identify pain points and determine solutions that can be productised.

Develop detailed use cases, product requirement documents, design documents, agile user stories, and wireframes.

Work closely with Development / Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features.

Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating requirements and delivery timelines.

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

Experience : 1-2 years of experience in B2B product management, preferably with exposure to Conversational AI products.

Data-driven : Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

Core Product Management Skills : Thorough understanding of product management roles and expectations.

Cross-functional collaboration : Experience working closely with software and design teams to define, scope, and build features.

Customer Engagement : Proven ability to work directly with business-facing teams / customers for requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution implementation.

Problem Solving : Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on maximizing customer experience.

Design Knowledge : Good understanding of usability and user interface design principles and tools.

Communication Skills : Exceptional documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
