Project Coordinator
This role is responsible for managing the pipeline of inspection projects, scheduling across multiple sites and verticals.
The Project Coordinator coordinates project timelines to ensure timely execution and efficiency in operations, maintaining data integrity of scheduling systems.
- Schedule Management : Manage project pipeline for site inspections, ensuring timelines and resource allocations align with project requirements and client expectations.
- Produce summaries of sites, assignments, and deadlines
- Assist with maintaining upcoming scan lists
- Compile missing data requirements for upcoming scans, working with ambiguous information
- Maintain time estimates and other relevant information for upcoming tasks, understanding different types of tasks and how their time estimates may change over time
- Distribute tasks among sub-teams based on team availability and skillset distribution
Cross-functional collaboration is key to this role's success. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve gaps in data, delays, or scheduling conflicts, ensuring smooth operations and transparency in project workflows.
