Key Responsibilities :
Project Coordination
- Coordinate and monitor project activities across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely execution.
- Track project progress, highlight delays, and escalate risks or issues to the project manager.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Scheduling & Resource Management
Assist in developing and updating project schedules and timelines.Monitor manpower, material deliveries, and equipment availability.Support resource allocation and resolve bottlenecks impacting project progress.Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence.Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and status updates for management.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.Stakeholder Management
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve queries and ensure smooth workflow.Support contract administration and change management processes.Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are met on site.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline)Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2) are a plusExperience :
7–12 years in EPC project coordination or project control rolesExperience in handling large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects preferredKey Skills :
Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS OfficeGood understanding of EPC project lifecycle, contracts, and construction processesProblem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesSkills Required
