Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator Lead located in Mumbai. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, coordinating and planning deliveries, and working to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers, handling order processing on Tally ERP, and supporting the sales team with various tasks.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills

Strong ability for note-taking and tracking

Leadership experience

High attention to detail

Experience with Tally ERP or Tally Certification

Strong Communication skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Ability to work in high pressure environment.
