Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Gold Loan Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our gold loan products by engaging with customers and providing them with the necessary information and support throughout the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers for gold loan products.
• Explain the terms and conditions of gold loans to customers.
• Assist customers in the loan application process and documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries effectively.
