At FYERS , we are building a next-generation Asset Management platform with a strong focus on PMS and AIF solutions . This is an exciting opportunity for passionate business development professionals to work with a trusted brand, innovative investment strategies, and a fast-growing distribution network. Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and manage partnerships with distribution channels like Wealth Management Firms, IFAs, Family Offices, and Private Banks.
  • Source and engage potential clients across HNI, Ultra-HNI, and institutional segments for PMS and AIF products.
  • Lead client acquisition initiatives, handle investor pitches, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Collaborate with Investment and Product teams to understand and effectively communicate product strategies and value propositions.
  • Drive periodic roadshows, webinars, and investor education sessions.
  • Track competitor activity, market developments, and regulatory trends relevant to PMS and AIF segments.
  • Achieve predefined asset growth targets while maintaining compliance with SEBI and internal governance norms.
  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • 10–14 years of experience in PMS / AIF sales or distribution—ideally within an AMC, wealth management firm, or registered investment advisor.
  • Strong existing relationships with distribution channels and client segments.
  • Deep familiarity with capital markets, PMS / AIF product structures, regulatory environment, and investor segmentation.
  • Stellar interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with academic credentials of B. Com or MBA in Commerce or Marketing.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
