Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for assigned sites.
- Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for assigned sites.
- Maintain and analyze data through reports in Excel as per business requirements.
- Ensure completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives on schedule.
- Partner with operations leaders during site audits to ensure process compliance and address gaps immediately.
- Identify and certify learning coaches .
- Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
- Exhibit professionalism and best practices in the workplace, including being approachable, honest, and willing to accept responsibilities.
