Title : Java Application Support Engineer

Location : Noida(Hybrid)

Job Description : Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 / L3 application support for Java-based enterprise applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform application deployments, configuration, and environment support.
• Work closely with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and release support.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Support Camunda BPM processes (monitor workflows, troubleshoot job executions, deploy process definitions).
• Work with ticketing tools (ServiceNow / JIRA) or similar tools to track, document, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI / CD pipelines and release management.
• Ensure compliance with change management and production support best practices.
