POSITION 1 : Senior Design Engineer – Energy Modeling

DESCRIPTION : Actively contribute to sustainability consulting and high-performance design and operations analysis for projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Performs energy model simulations using industry software to assess code compliance and high performance design.
• Analyzes, reviews, and / or consults on project documentation of energy-

related systems found in architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and specifications.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY :

TECHNICAL AND DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE :

Technical

o EnergyPro

o IES

o Revit MEP and AutoCAD

o BIM360 and Navisworks

Domain

o USA building codes and standards.

o Working knowledge on USA projects (must).

o California Title 24 (must).

o Design knowledge of energy modeling is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS :

POSITION 2 : Senior Design Engineer - Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing

Role : Electrical design, modeling, detailing and documentation

Discipline : MEP

Platform : CAD & BIM

Duties :

▪ Design, Modeling, Detailing and Documentation :

o Lighting calculations using Visual Lighting & AGI32 software.

o Design of Electrical systems (2D & 3D).

o Construction documentation (BIM).

o Detailed design (BIM).

o Power layout / design.

▪ QC :

o Follow project QC checklist : Electrical

o Implement QC standards across the projects : Electrical

o Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the projects : Electrical

▪ Client Coordination :

o Daily / Weekly status calls with client to update the task status along with the Project Lead.

o Capture and analyze the client requirements : Electrical

o Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule with the supervision of the project lead.

Responsibilities :

▪ This role will have no direct reporting associates.

▪ Responsible for overall performance of electrical tasks(as assigned by the project lead).

▪ Overall quality of deliverables to the clients(on the assigned tasks) : Electrical

▪ Delivery of CAD and BIM projects as per clients expectations.

POSITION 3 : Design Engineer - ELV

Role : ELV design, modeling, detailing and documentation

Discipline : MEP

Platform : CAD & BIM

Duties :

▪ Design, Modeling, Detailing and Documentation :

o Design of ELV systems (2D & 3D).

o One line diagrams.

o Construction documentation (BIM).

o Detailed design (BIM).

▪ QC :
