AtkinsRéalis GTC is transforming project delivery across the built environment using advanced construction technologies, digital platforms, and integrated workflows. The BIM Coordinator plays a key role in extending design and engineering excellence into construction and operational phases, ensuring LOD 400 and LOD 500 BIM deliverables, managing the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud), and collaborating with global teams.

Education & Experience :

Essential :

• 10-15 years in Buildings BIM 5+ years in GCC construction-stage coordination 2+ years in the Middle East.
• 2+ years in digital delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects (Information Management / BIM).
• Expert in Revit (A / S / MEP), Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Proven delivery of LOD 400 and LOD 500 BIM deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of information management and CDE administration.
• Excellent English communication Arabic exposure is a plus.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, PMCs, vendors, and clients.
• Good knowledge of LOD 300-500 standards.
