Position Title : Sales Trainer
Experience : 5 + Years
Budget : 1 month -immediate joiner
Notice period : 1 month -immediate joiner
Skills set : Sales Trainer, Sales Team Leads, sales training, end-to-end sales process, cold calling, lead qualification , g training content including scripts, presentations, call guides,objection handling techniques, coaching, or team lead capacity.
Key Responsibilities :
Training Design & Delivery :
- Develop and deliver structured training programs for new hires and existing sales team members.
- Create engaging training content including scripts, presentations, call guides, objection handling techniques, and role-play scenarios.
- Conduct regular refresher training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards. Performance Coaching & Development :
- Work closely with the Sales Team Leads to identify performance gaps and conduct targeted coaching sessions.
- Use call audits and performance metrics to provide constructive feedback and improve sales conversion rates.
- Conduct 1 : 1 and group coaching to address individual and team development needs.
Sales Process Optimization :
Continuously assess training effectiveness and recommend process or content improvements based on feedback and performance results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing and Operations) to keep training content aligned with business goals and updates.Reporting & Documentation :
Maintain records of training sessions, participant feedback, and post-training performance analysis.Provide regular training effectiveness reports to the Sales Manager and leadership team.Key Requirements :
Experience : 5 + years in a sales role, with at least 1–2 years in sales training, coaching, or team lead capacity.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process, including cold calling, lead qualification, objection handling, and closing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to conduct engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually.Experience with CRM tools and call tracking systems is a plus.Desired Skills :
